Great hotel with a wellness & relaxation spa. ATM & Seven 11 in the complex for a few odds & ends. Was great not leave the hotel for this as winter & cold. Moreover, we were unaware we would be charged to use it. But it's worth it at least once. It's not a classic pool but a huge complex designed to distress your muscles & grab some peaceful time. The hotel has an executive client base, too, but don't the business attire turn you off. Shuttle bus every 15 mins to from Osaka station makes makes the transport accessible to the hip areas of Dontonbori & Shin-saibasi. This wants to be everyone's cup of tea as it's extremely high-end.& the hotel is a huge complex.

The Hotel has fabulous location, nice and calm area facing the water cannel. fortunately do not feel far from the city center since the shuttle bus transfer directly from hotel to JR station all day long. The staff (receptionst, bus driviers, swimming life guard, cleaners, etc,) are helpful with gorgeous smile. The room spacious, neat and well organized. Bathroom immaculate and provided with all necessary items. The Swimming pool area very clean and organized along provided with all facilities in addition has elegant and helpful staff. splendid open buffet breakfast, delicious food and amazing staff and service.

The rooms were very comfy and spacious. The hotel also gives you the option to order breakfast in the room, which is very tempting when you're travelling with small kids, although I must say the food they brought us to our room was maybe enough for only one person, not for two. The next day we went to the buffet, which was excellent. The lobby is extremely pleasant, the biggest I saw at a Japanese hotel with a view to a wonderful Japanese garden displaying an artificial waterfall. They have many restaurant, one is opened all day long and has a buffet for lunch, as well.

This hotel has a train station underneath which is so convenient. We used that train to go for a trip to Kyoto. It also has wonderful restaurants and shopping. There is a free shuttle bus to the Osaka station where we went to get the bullet train to Tokyo. Tanemura Nobuaki who was chief of front desk service was exceptionally helpful, his English is excellent and he showed me everything I needed, even how to get to the nearby swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is absolutely massive — one of the largest I’ve ever stayed in, and beautifully laid out. After an initial issue, the staff upgraded me to a newly renovated suite on the 19th floor, which turned out to be one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in: spacious, elegant, and with a stunning view. The breakfast was solid, and the location was great for getting around Osaka. The shuttle service from the station is also a wonderful benefit.
